I use acrylic, mixed media, and stitching to express my inner world. I aim to recreate the excitement, joy, and anticipation of a kid before a summer road trip. Gazing out the window, I leap over light poles with my fingers (and paintbrush) in exultation. I obsess over beautiful horizons broken up by human-engineered lines in the sky. Always daydreaming, I can be easily mesmerized by a leaf or a log or a ripple in the water, fascinated by the patterns they create. I love a Saturday-morning-cartoons-and-the-beach kind of day. If you like piña coladas and getting caught in the rain, we might get along famously. Life is moving too fast - it's time to slow down and make room for a little more fun.
